Riverside Pods

At the foothills of the Brecon Beacons, nestled alongside the River Gwydderig you will find the Riverside Pods. Set in a grassy meadow, facing out onto the river lies our collection of luxury pods Heron’s Tree, Otter’s Den, Red Kite’s Nest and Kingfisher’s Burrow.

Each pod is the perfect size for two adults with a sofa bed for an extra little one, an equipped kitchen and a wet-room with toilet and shower. For more than one additional guest, do get in touch with us.

With a globe-like feel, each en-suite Riverside Pod is individually designed to offer you a luxury glamping experience in any season and weather. You’ll be surrounded by wild flowers from the hedgerows, grazing sheep and the many wildlife using the river as their corridor with exclusive access to the riverside.

We look forward to welcoming you,

Carwyn, Emily & the Rees Family

Our History - The Rees Family

Cyril and Margaret Rees established Erwlon Caravan and Camping Park back in the 1950s. Alongside the park, the Rees Family also have a dairy farm called Danyrallt (Under the Woods) Farm situated a short walk away. Today, the farm is run by son Huw, wife Elizabeth and grandson Alun, whilst Erwlon is run by son Peter.

Grandson Carwyn and partner Emily embarked on RIverside Pods in the summer of 2017 with great support from the Rees Family and Erwlon's Park Wardens. It's a family affair!
